Artist's Statement

 |
I love the process of painting...the sensuous feel
of placing paint on the canvas, the surprise of seeing how my visual
or inner images
translate to the two dimensional surface...the delight of seeing what
happens when I put one color next to another...the intrigue of making
all these
elements work together to create a vital painting. |

Biography
|
| |
Judith's work appears in over 200 private
collections. She is a featured artist on the Saatchi
Gallery/Your Gallery/ website as well as the Agora
Gallery, Chelsea, New York, NY. Judith is also a member of Somerville Local First, both as an artist member and also as a massage therapist business member.
She is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Art (B.F.A.
Painting) and Vassar College (B.A. Chemistry). She gives individual
and group art classes and also has had a private practice
